Privacy Statement
Supreme Cortex Technologies Inc. ("Supreme Cortex," "we," "us") is a company based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. This statement explains how we handle personal information on our website, supreme-cortex.ca, and its subdomains, including our private product demo.
We take a data-minimal approach. Our public website has no sign-up forms, no user accounts, no analytics or tracking scripts, and no advertising cookies or third-party trackers. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
Information we collect
- Server request logs. Like virtually all websites, our hosting providers (Google Firebase Hosting and Google Cloud) automatically record technical request data such as IP address, browser type and user-agent, and access timestamps. We use this for security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.
- Email you send us. Our site displays a contact email address (info@supreme-cortex.ca). If you choose to email us, we receive the contact details and message you include. We use this only to respond to you.
- Private demo access. Access to our product demo is by personal invitation link only. When an invited person first opens their link, we record the time of first use in order to enforce the link's expiry. Each link is associated with the name or organization of the party we invited. We use this only to manage access.
- Software update requests. When an authorized user manually checks for an application update, the update service receives standard server-request information and the installed product version. The release token identifies the authorized update channel, not a person. No process data is transmitted.
- Demo data uploads. Invited demo users may upload a plant historian workbook for analysis inside their private demo session. Uploaded files are processed in our cloud demo environment, are held only in temporary run storage, and are deleted automatically after about four hours of inactivity. They are never used to train models and are never shared. Email us to request earlier deletion.
How we use personal information
We use the limited information above to operate the site securely and reliably, to respond to people who contact us, and to manage time-limited access to our private demo. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or any automated decision-making, and we do not sell or share it.
Cookies and tracking
Our public website does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not use third-party tracking technologies. Our private demo carries an access token in the invitation link itself; this is used to grant access, not to track you across the web.
Service providers
We use Google Firebase Hosting and Google Cloud to host and serve our website, demo, and software update channel. These providers process technical data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We do not share personal information with any other third parties.
Data retention
We keep server logs and demo-access records only for as long as needed for the security and operational purposes above, and then delete or anonymize them. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to handle your inquiry.
Your rights
Consistent with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable privacy law, you may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Contact us using the details below and we will respond.
